I was advised by my DSN to have a bedtime snack of 10-20g of carbs if my bedtime level was below 8mmol.....but how long after my teatime bolus (and started to eat) should I be waiting to make that decision?
Any advice is welcome 🙂

Oooops @Kaylz I did. Right then so some of the teatimes and bedtimes I've put in the opening post of this thread are they ok from the teatime to the bedtime to be deciding whether to have a bedtime snack or do I need to wait longer between teatime and bedtime?
