One heck of a lot better than it did the last time Gill! None of us can afford to take our eyes off it for very long and as ever with diabetes - the remedy for that lies entirely in our own hands and minds because it is not possible for someone else to take that load off us.

Looking at the stats in your signature that is your best result since diagnosis by a long chalk, so a huge "WELL DONE"!

Is there anything particular which has helped you to make such a big improvement?
