How do you get revoked licence back

Your licence hasn't actually been revoked yet though has it? So you're getting ahead of yourself... you need to get onto the DVLA and GP about how you've made a mistake on the form so that they don't revoke your licence, not worry about how to get it back once it has been revoked.
