Work out how much 1u of Novorapid will lower my BG by?

I did have a formula but have lost it....

The formula usually used in the UK is 100/total daily dose in units = number of mmol/l that 1 unit will reduce a person's blood gluose by.

Eg if you take a total of 50 units per day (including both basal and bolus doses), then 100/50 = 1 unit will reduce you blood glucose by 2mmol/l.
