If you access the forum and click on the three dots at the top of the screen there should be an 'Add To Home Screen' option in the drop down.
 
Depending on your phone type (Apple/Android etc) you might also see the slightly misleading ‘Install the App’ link in the mobile menu, which actually just adds a link to the homescreen.

Thanks guys, I'll give it a whirl. I'm okay on the laptop once a week, it opens to DUK as my home screen but on the mobile I have to go through Google and stuff. Time consuming. 🙂
