Upto my diagnosis late last year, i have lost a lot of weight but have gradually put some of it back on. Im 14 and it sounds weird that i actually want to put weight on as most of the other girls in my class want to lose weight even though they are already really thin! Is there any other things i should be specifically eating if i want to put on some more weight quickly?

Hi Tasha,

I lost a lot of weight too, but now, a year after diagnosis, I am back to a healthy weight. I think you should just try and eat a healthy diet and the weight will take care of itself. It's very difficult when you are your age as you are still growing - just make sure you are getting enough good stuff to eat! I could eat a horse between two bread vans when I was 14 and not put on an ounce in weight!
