Couldn't choose between hot dog or pizza so I made hot dog pizza.
I made the pizza crust with vital wheat gluten and a mix of almond and coconut flour and oat fibre and psyllium husk with a small amount of yeast for flavour and baking powder as a raising agent.
I stuffed the crust with hot dog sausages that are very low carb and baked the stuffed crust and then fried a small red shallot with three baby tomatoes and popped them into the 'plateau' in the middle and topped with mozzarella and oregano and then baked some more to melt the cheese and then served with French's yellow mustard and very low sugar ketchup for the authentic cinema taste.
