Waiting for another call back from 111. No car and no money for taxi.
 
Oh no Ralph, is there anyone nearby friends or family who could help? Sounds like a fever, have you taken any paracetamol?

NO, yes and I have now
Out of hours doctors made an appointment for me at 4:30am, 10 miles away. Them rang back 3am. Told me to take paracetamol and make appointment with GP when they open. Of course they don't have anything free.
Pain across back of shoulders and neck. Soar throught chest, coughing.
 
Hot, shivering, Cold. Pain across back of shoulders and neck. Pain lower left back.
Soar throught chest, couch, taste of blood.
Dizzy
Woozy. Common, particularly bad recently.
Headache, different places.
Touch of runny nose.

Shortness of breath worse recently.
Current breathing???

No idea if BG is high.
Hurt under jaw when doctor felt for something or other. Glands.

Cold flu? Ugh mush for brains one of those.
 
Ugg that sounds horrid for you. TBH it sounds as though you need to call the GP out.
 
I've seen the GP already. Someone spoke to me on the phone & said to go in.

How are you feeling today Ralph? Feverish illnesses can push your BG levels up, making you feel even more grotty, so do drink plenty of sugar free fluids.
