hurray!!!! we have been referred to the royal alexandra hospital for graham diabetic care , I cannot believed how quick have been only about a month ago i asked the gp to change the hospital so the NHS is good in something i let you know how the is the new experience the app is for the 26 of june :D:D😉

oh sorry is brighton i have a lady doc for the first app but she should be from doc Kanumakala 's team i hope so
 
hey guys i have another app for graham from june they moved it the 20 of may i am so excited (for graham ) i dont have to wait too long 🙂
