Hi, im gaving one of my conumdrums. How on earth do you work out the carbs when you make a stock be it vegetable or meat if yoyre making a clear obe as you discard alot of the veg after you pass it through the seive. Im thinking youd blend it all down and dilute it to thin it out otherwise youve got a soup?
 
You simply don't count the carbs in a clear stock because there are not enough to make it worth counting.
