Would you mind explaining what you mean by this statement about carbs affecting your basal dose?
Your basal doses should be pretty much independent of food.
Hello, I thought I might have explained my personal position clearly up stream? I don’t have a pen that can deliver for nominal carbs. I was questioned by Lucyr why would I want to bolus for it.
In short, when my basal is bang on. I prefer not to disturb it by omitting bolus insulin, even for 1.5g.

My pancreatic function has been screwed for nearly 5 decades. 🙂

Perhaps I am losing my marbles a bit, but I am still not following your thought process. Say this was a portion of cabbage or some onion in your wife's chilli that contained 1.5g carbs.... how do you cope with that situation or the carbs in the tomato in your chilli or the beans. You can't even quantify the exact amount of carbs in your portion of chilli to 1.5g so why would you warry about an extra 1.5 in the wrap. Foods don't come in nice insulin unit sized portions of carbs and people's ratios are different. We all just round up or down to the nearest unit for food and that is absolutely fine because there are plenty of other things which affect our levels which can vary more that that 1.5g carbs ever would. ie. A bit of stress etc. 1.5g carbs is only going to raise your BG by about 0.5mmols.

The discussion earlier seemed souly about the “wrap?”
Your throwing more ingredients into the hypothetical pan but left out the effects of protein..
I eat meat, I have to take into account the gluconeogenesis too.

I don’t feel comfortable with someone online appearing to encourage insulin omission with a T1.
Especially if already at the upper limit of TIR.
It was a flippant comment on my personal circumstances regarding the insulin delivery system I use. I only asked for the recipe.

My wife can do a great chilli. Recipe for these please… though I don’t have a pen that can cater for the carb count.
