Hi nicole - that sounds fine 🙂 but how did it compare to the pre-breakfast test? did you test before, and one or two hours after?

Hi I've only just received the monitor today so just tested now to see if my blood sugar was low I'm feeling alittle hungry. So with the testing do you test first thing in the morning then after each meal?

Hi Nicole. 5.8 sounds fine to me, but it really depends on what your BGs were before meals then normally two hours afterwards, I sometimes also test after three hours when I'm trying out new foods especially if they are fatty e.g. Pizza .
You should find this helpful, Test , review and adjust
