Not sure if it's anything to do with being more relaxed after my appointment with the DSN on Tuesday or not but I've had better readings the past 2 days than I have in a couple of weeks and that was after shoving a bar of chocolate down my throat yesterday 🙂, hmmm maybe chocolate is good for you after all lol (jokes) x

It probably is as Stress will raise your BGs 🙂

Yeah stress makes me all over the place. We had a family situation the other month, messed me up for a week or two! People don't realise the impact emotions have.
Glad your doing well xx

Stress plays havoc with my levels too. Glad to see you're feeling calmer 🙂

Oh feeling much better, had myself a bit worked up about the appointment for my eyes yesterday too so that was probably mucking me about too, feel so much more at ease now it's unbelievable 🙂 x

Even good stress such as going on holiday sends my BGS up.
