Hii
I have pretty controlled HBA1C at 42 for some time. But recently I have noticed that my PP sugar is towards higher end. Mostly around 200. Even though i am exercising regularly, having my meds on time and eating my normal diet. Can it be effect of over exercising or what. Confused.

Are you eating exactly the same for your meal @Hamza7130 ? If you are, and your blood glucose readings are higher post-prandial on a regular basis, you might need to look at your diet again.

What type of exercise are you doing and when are you doing it wrt your meals?
Whilst most exercise will lead to an overall lowering of levels, some exercise (especially stop-start exercise and resistance training) may cause your levels to rise at the time.
