There are loads of suppliers for Inulin both on the UK high street and on line.
I have searched high and low, found loads of reviews of HP Inulin supplements (those with a DP around 25) but no suppliers.
Does anyone know of one?
TIA Nick

I know nothing about inulin. Google seems a better bet?

Amazon and Holland & Barratt came up when I searched.

No the question is about the HP variant Holland & Barrett only the basic Inulin.
As I said I've searched the Internet extensivly, I'm hoping someone here has or knows of a supplier.

I haven't heard of it before Nick and am not aware of any members here mentioning it in the past. Can you explain how it is used and why you are looking for the HP version?

It's all to do with digestion and lower gut and average blood sugar control.
Inulin is recognised as significant supplement in this area.
Research has identified that HP Inulin is better..
Perhaps a quote from Wikipedia might help..
"The degree of polymerization (DP) of standard inulin ranges from 2 to 60. After removing the fractions with DP lower than 10 during manufacturing process, the remaining product is high performance inulin".

Oppps...Pressed post reply to soon.
So (High Performance) HP Inulin has by definition an average DP of 25.

Thanks for the info Nick 🙂 As I said, I'm not aware of anyone mentioning it here, but a lot of people read the forum who aren't registered members, so there's always a chance someone might spot it and respond.
