Hi @Ian27 , it’s not normal, it can point to several conditions associated with diabetes or other conditions not associated with diabetes such as hypothyroid or B12 deficiency, so best see GP if it persists.

Hi, I would also recommend checking it out. I do however get this myself, along with some numbness, and it has turned out to be nothing, but as the others say it’s always best to get it checked.
