High blood sugar

I have woken up this morning with high blood sugar 19 again. I am seeing nurse this afternoon and having blood test this afternoon. I am really worried. I feel really tired and sluggish got abit of a headache

If that is way higher than you have been getting I should retest as you may have had something on your fingers or a dodgy strip.
If you have a headache it could be that you are dehydrated.
 
Infection, stress, lack of sleep will also raise Blood Glucose - though not usually by huge amounts.
