I don’t think I can take this
Diabetes testing me
I’m eating all i think is right
Don’t know how I’m going to be
With veg and balanced nutrients
I thought I’d be ok
But something has upset me
Not feeling right today
Check out all you’re having
Is a sweetness hiding there
Maybe time to up your knowledge
And give yourself some care
Learn and understand them
You can make a better choice
Ease diabetic hidden sugars
And help yourself rejoice
