Hi I'm Debbie, I have just been diagnosed with diabetes. So this is all very new to me.

Hi Debbie,
Glad you found this site which is full of friendly folk with loads of different experiences. They will want to know more about your diagnosis and whether you are Type One or Type 2 and if you can provide them with your Hbac1 results to determine how they can be of help. Thank you for joining.

Hi Debbiexjd, welcome to the forum.

So glad that you've been able to find us as it can be a bit overwhelming when you've just been diagnosed but we're here to support you.

Do feel free to share a bit more about you as kindly advised above.

We have some really handy bits of info on what to eat and testing that might be useful so have a look and let us know if you have any questions.
