Hi Martin353,

Welcome to the forum. Glad to hear that you're ready to take action on caring for your diabetes.

Is there anything in particular that you need support with?

We have a wealth of info on our site so feel free to let us know a bit more about you and ask any questions you may have.

Welcome to the forum @Martin353

Glad you have joined us!

Sorry to hear that your diabetes management has been a bit wobbly of late.

If you would like to add to the knowledge you’ve already picked up, members here frequently recommend Maggie Davey’s Letter and Gretchen Becker’s book T2 Diabetes, the first year, which you can work through gradually and will give you a really good background of diabetes and its management.

Keep asking questions here too. We have lots of friendly members all finding their way through the diabetes maze, and all developing their own individual management plan - diabetes can vary from person to person, and while some general principles apply, each person needs to work out the details of their own diabetes strategies, that work for them 🙂
