Welcome to the forum @Luk

Glad you have found us, and look forward to hearing from you.
How are you managing?

Not to bad it's just the leg pain that bothers me the doctor said it will pass in the first year ,after 2 years is still there.

Hiya - so, what has caused your leg to be painful?

Welcome to the forum @Luk

Sorry to hear about your leg. Was it an injury that’s being slow to heal? Or is it nerve pain related to your diabetes?

Hello and welcome to the forum @Luk 🙂

Hi @Luk
Welcome to the forum. Did your doctor give you anything for the pain in your leg? There isn’t a cure for nerve damage but well controlled bgl can help to prevent any further damage and more pain. How have your bgl been since diagnosis? Bringing them down can help to ease symptoms which is probably why dr indicated they would improve after a year as they were being realistic about how long it may take the achieve a stable HbA1c result.
If you search for ‘neuropathy’ in the forum search function there are a few conversations that might be helpful too.
