Just saying Hi , I am self Isolating at the moment , so have the time to join this forum .

Hi @Betty Boo - Welcome to the forum. Lots of useful threads and links to work your way through. And of course above you (orange tab) is the Learning Zone. Ask a question here if you like, or make a specific thread. Its no problem.

Welcome to the forum @Betty Boo

Glad you have connected with us. 12 weeks isolation could give you some mental health pressures, so it’s great that you have joined us and can let off steam and make connections here. We have lots of friendly folks with centuries of lived diabetes experience between us.

Hope this peculiar time gives you an opportunity to experiment with your diabetes management strategies, try some different ways of eating and see what suits your BG a litter better.

Do you monitor your own BG with a meter to see how your body responds to different foods?
