Type 2
Hi Everyone I was diagnosed type 2 last week, I had a blood test done last year and had a reading of 52, My new blood test came back with 64.......
I am waiting for a testing meter as my nurse doesn't give these due to the cost for the NHS....
I have cut out all sugar, salt and thinking of going down the LCHF route, I am already practicing this, I am overweight and have trouble with knees !!!! So its a win win situation to lose the weight,
I have 3 months before I go back to the Surgery, any advise please ?
I am so happy to have found this site,I already feel happier,
Thankjyou
