Hey guys and thanks for the warm welcome!

Always go for the seeded wholemeal full a fibre type stuff!

I thought id got the timing thing crack when i was on novarapid, but now im on apidra and re - learning ratios and timings.

Ah yes, I think Apidra works faster than novorapid. This is the thing, isn't it? People just assume you inject and you're fine, not realising how flipping complicated it can be! 😱

haha - its hard work, so many factors to account for.

And dont get me started on fatty meals, a discovery Ive only made recently through forums etc. I get a 6 - 8 hour spike, I thought I could just about deal with it with split injecting novarapid, not sure I can with apidra.. grrr!

Are there any thread on fatty meals here?
