Hiya alex just ask away as everyone will have answers to your questions on this very freindly website...🙂.....i myself have only ben diagnosed 3 months ago and trust me lots to learn, and don't listen to all the doom and gloom from nhs just ask all these members on hear which offer pricelsss advise and support
