Well you might have seen me cycle through Colnbrook on the way to seeing one of my business customers.

Welcome to the forum. Don't be shy. Say nowt, learn nowt like my Great Uncle never used to say!

Andy 🙂

hey hows it going ..you a fellow T2 ..dont worry we all been there when we first found this place ...🙂 ..how long you been diagnosed ? have a good look about and remember no questions are regarded silly here x

Hi Lizzie, welcome to the forum 🙂 Are you new to diabetes as well as the forum? If so, have a look in the Useful links thread for some good introductory links - I'd particularly recommend reading Jennifer's Advice and Maggie Davey's letter, and getting Type 2 Diabetes: The First Year by Gretchen Becker, which will all give you a good grounding and help you understand what it is all about 🙂

Please ask any questions you may have - nothing is considered 'silly', and everyone is very friendly, so no need to be shy! 🙂

Hello Lizzie and welcome. I think that forums can help a bit when you are shy, as the converstations you have are more under control. Whether you ask a question or answer a thread is up to you and you can take your time and not feel rushed.

I hope that you find the forum useful.
