Are you already on any oral medications and what sort of dietary approach do you follow, it is not inevitable that you will need insulin if you can get your diet and meds balance right. Many are able to maintain a normal blood glucose level by doing just that but it need some vigilance on your part to keep a good track of where you are on a day to day, week to week basis.Hi thanks for the welcome!
