Welcome @liver1047 🙂 Two liver transplants sounds pretty full on. I hope you’re feeling ok now.

Some people get on OK with WW but for many depending on what medication they are on will be too high in carbohydrates for them to tolerate and still reduce their blood glucose. It would need some careful selection of meals and maybe making some substitution for some of the higher carb ingredients or reducing the portion size and bulking out with low carb veg or salad.
They do say they have a program suitable for people with Type 2 so make sure you tell your WW consultant of your diagnosis.

Hoe are you finding Weight Watchers? Are you getting positive results from it?
