I need help to control of my eating habits
Welcome to the forum.
Finding a way of eating that you enjoy is key to being able to manage blood glucose levels. Realising that you can still have tasty meals based on food which will not increase blood glucose will help. It is not all about what you can't or it is better not to have but finding the foods which you can. Portion control is also important.
Testing your blood glucose at home before eating and after 2 hours will tell you both what foods your body cannot tolerate but what foods it can.
Have a look at this link for some ideas of meals and foods that many find successful in reducing blood glucose, you will see there is plenty you can eat. https://lowcarbfreshwell.com/
Perhaps you could say a bit about your condition, what your HbA1C is and any medication as that will help people make suggestions that may help.
Perhaps you would like to post what typical meals are.
If snacking is the problem than making sure you have filling meals with plenty of protein and healthy fats so you are less likely to feel hungry.

Sorry to hear you are struggling with your eating habits @Colly60

It is quite possible that you might be living with disordered eating, which could benefit from some specialist input.

It is also possible that your genetic make-up may make it more difficult for you to feel full, or may guide your eating habits in unhelpful ways.

Additionally the world in which we live is constructed to seeming offer food and consumption at every turn. And often not the best choices of foods!

But be encouraged - we have lots of members here who have been able to transform their relationship to food, and have been able to effectively manage their glucose levels in the process!

Perhaps it might help to keep a brutally honest food diary for a week or two to establish a sort of ‘baseline’ for where you are starting?
