Just been diagnosed 2 weeks ago as Type 2 and still trying to get my head around the changes I need to make. Local support so far has been ok - hope to learn a lot on this site tho' 🙂

Wow! didn't expect I'd get an answer this quickly (never mind three!) Thanks all!!
My biggest learning curve seems to be getting the hang of these message boards lol

lol i went on for 2 days jus randomly adding messages in the wrong place until somebody steered me in the right direction x

I can understand that... despite being pretty IT literate, I've never used message boards like this before (sheltered life) - - just pleased my first attempt worked and ended up where I wanted it to be!
