A prediabetic diagnosis is a wake up call so you can take action and it sounds as if you are taking some action in your plan to lose some weight. You are obviously well organised in making a meal plan as it is important to find a dietary approach that you enjoy and can sustain.Just heard I am pre diabetic, fish out of water springs to mind! They didn't give me my actual results just sent me a letter saying someone would be in touch. Then yesterday a guy rang and said I had 2 choices on line or in person course so I chose the online, he said someone else would be in touch. I work for the NHS and have seen the struggle some have so I want to keep on top of it, I have known for years I needed to loose weight and this is what I needed to kick me into action. Learning so much about it all is mind boggling at the moment but I will stick with it.
