I have a dog and a cat -- they're my whole world, but they're both a handful; I can't imagine what it's like to have four separate species to take care of!Hi and welcome.
What symptoms are you experiencing and have you been in touch with your GP to get a blood test (HbA1c test) to get your concerns checked out?
Do you have any animals yourself and if so would you like to tell us about them? There are lots of us animal lovers on the forum. I have horses, cats, chickens and bees. 🙄
Anyway, I hope you find the forum reassuring and supportive and if you have any questions, feel free to ask them.
Upstairs Downstairs, The Persuaders, Randall & Hopkirk (Deceased), When The Boat Comes In, Fall of Eagles, Who Pays The Ferryman?, Colditz, Secret Army, The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, Robin of Sherwood...the list is endless! Right now, I'm watching Whatever Happened To The Likely Lads 😛What vintage TV shows do you like?
I was taught at home, so I grew up watching all the vintage programmes instead of modern television. It's funny, whenever I talk about vintage TV, it's always Secret Army that everyone remembers. It really is one of the greatest series of all time.I used to love Secret Army, @Souvenir - got the DVD boxset of it recently and my OH can't watch it with me, he'd never seen it before but he had seen Allo Allo and just can't get that out of his head, sadly. I'll watch it again on my own eventually! I'm not quite old enough to have seen most of the others you mention when they were originally on, I remember my parents watching Colditz though and I've seen a few episodes of that.
I'm not sure how old something has to be to become vintage! It's quite a subjective term, isn't it?!
