Hi can you have a Pump if you are type 2 diabetic its a bit monotonous doing injections every day don't you think.

I'm afraid pumps aren't given to Type 2s on the NHS - even Type 1s struggle to get them, they are pretty expensive pieces of kit so you have to fit some strict criteria to qualify.
 
I'm on injections, and although it does get a bit tedious, reading the things poeple with pumps have to do, in the way of basal checks, set changes, etc, I imagine that gets just as monotonous.

Lol if you can't hack injections you wouldn't stand a chance with a pump even if you were allowed one. There are a few type 2's with pumps but that's due to very high insulin needs.
 
Once worked it out (how many injections since being 3). I really love my pump. 😉
