Hi to all

I have been a type 2 diabetic since 2005 so eleven years I am using victoza to lower
my blood sugars they were in the 25s now in 12s but I am doing the type 2 courses one
at docs n one at hospital n just found one on this forum.
But I am eating heathily n going to gym n swimming n still can't loose weight it's right
annoying cus I can't cope with my weight.

Any info will be appriciated.

Welcome to the forum Dolphin500 🙂

How energetic is your gym work and swimming? Because doing high impact sports can actually make your blood glucose levels go up. I've found that moderate impact exercise (i.e, where your heart rate is raised above normal, but not at max) helps me loose faster.
