Hey there xredx, welcome to the forum 🙂 It's not the greatest thing to be told, but try not to worry too much, things will get better as you learn how to deal with things and make the changes to your diet and lifestyle that will more than likely end up making you feel healthier than you were before! There is a lot to take in to start with, but please ask anyquestions you may have and we'll do our best to help - you're far from alone in dealing with this🙂

hi xredx and a warm welcome you are here now and we are all dealing or have dealt with is , we are here for you , try not to worry if you have anything you need to ask feel free xx

Welcome. We all know how you're feeling, it's not nice but it does get better once you understand what's happening and how you can deal with it......keep your chin up. x

Hello and Welcome to the forum , anything you want to know just ask . We all know exactly how you are feeling right now :( Try not to worry too much , things do get easier 🙂

Hi Red welcome to the forum - I'm a young-at-heart 53 year old, diagnosed about 6 weeks ago, so in a similar position to you. With the help of the folks on here, books and t'internet, you'll be surprised how much you can learn in a very short space of time.

xx

Hi xredx

I can only echo what everyone else has said. It does get easier and we are all here to support, listen (and tons of others things) as we have all been there. Chin up and try not to get too down. I am a very young at heart 46 year old who was diagnosed just over a year ago.
