one and all I am Type one been using my pens now for a while and got a Ao5.3 come up three times now any clues Novo don’t answer me

Which insulins and pens are you using. Where are you seeing this Ao5.3 message?
 
Hi thanks for getting back I Have two pens one for trasiba and the other is for rapid both pens being Novo pen 6.0 the message come up on on my Logbook freestyle libre link
 
OK, thanks for the clarification. I can't help as I don't use the LibreLink app and I just enter my insulin doses manually into my Libre Reader, but I am sure someone else will know.

@Bruce Stephens I believe you use the NovoPens with LibreLink. Have you seen this message or know what it means?

I use Novopen 6 for my basal and
Librelink, but I’ve not seen anything like you describe. An error message from the pen appears in Librelink as a little yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in it. On the pen it appears as “Err”.

5.3 seems more like a BG reading. Whereabouts does it appear in your logbook?
