Hi I’m rob i have type one diabetes and I am very interested in sum of the top tech you can get these days any sergestions

Welcome to the forum @Robert121

How long have you been living with T1? And how have you been finding it?

There are quite a few on the forum who use various different sorts of tech, gadgets and apps to help them with their diabetes management including smart meters (bolus calculators), smart pens (dose recording), tracking and logging apps, insulin pumps, continuous monitors, and hybrid closed loops.

Is there anything specific you are interested in exploring? What are you hoping to achieve?

Hi and welcome

For me education is the place to start with managing diabetes well. Understanding how all the different insulins work and therefore finding the ones that work best for me and how my body responds to different foods. Libre is great for helping me see this, but being able to understand what the data is telling you and it's limitations and how to get the best from it, is key.

Have you had an intensive education course like DAFNE or whatever your local equivalent is? I found that really boosted my confidence to manage my diabetes but the main source of my knowledge has come from asking questions here on the forum and carefully experimenting on myself to find what works for me as an individual.
