Relationship to Diabetes
Type 1
Just to say hi to everyone. I have had Type 1 diabetes for the past 10 years, diagnosed at the age of 23. I had an understanding of diabetes beforehand though as my brother is also Type 1. It is really good to find a website where we can discuss things and get advice off of the people who really know what they are talking about!

Hi. Unfortunately my brother is a head in the sand kind of person so wouldn't join a diabetes forum in a million years. I have tried but he prefers to deal with it very differently to me.
