In case you haven't yet scrolled down further, there's a Parents section, obviously particularly popular with parents, but also visited by people who remember what it's like to be a child / teenager with diabetes.
 
Welcome Marydoll, I am sure you will find this forum hugely beneficial as I have over the last year since my daughter's diagnosis (can't believe it has nearly been a year already!) I have turned to the forum several times with concerns and questions and have always received lots of useful tips and warm support. X
