Hello Duncan, If you do not mind me asking what treatment is your wife on for her diabetes. If she is a range of medications it is worth keeping an eye open for interactions between drugs and checking the the notes with the medication.

Hi duncan,
I know i'm a bit late but just wanted to say welcome to the forum.

Emma

Hi Duncan, welcome to the forum - have a browse round and feel free to ask any questions you may have, there's a wealth of information on here, and lots of friendly people.

xx

Sorry for taking so long to get back!
Thanks for all your messages of welcome, they are greatly appreciated!🙂
In reply to falcon123's query about medication- my wife(Chris) hasn't been given anything particularily, as yet, for her diabetes, which is probably just as well as she is on half a chemists shop of medication anyway. I always read all the paperwork which comes with each different item & keep an eye out on the web for reports of possible conflicts, we have learned that sometimes your doctor can get it wrong when prescribing.
Anyway Chris has been on the vast majority of her medication for 8-9 years without any obvious major side effects so we are hoping not to" rock the boat "
Thanks again for your support, keep up the good work.🙂
