There's a sticky in the newbie section for people newly diagnosed that is really helpful. Everyone on here is great so if you have any questions, ask away and they'll always try to help & give you some extra support
Hi ream, welcome to the forum 🙂 There's an awful lot to take in to begin with, especially when you are suddenly starting to inject insulin and all that entails. What sort of insulin regime are you on? I was put on novorapid and lantus from day 1 and have gradually been fine-tuning things, although I still have my ups and downs!
As teapot suggested, take a look at the 'sticky' with some useful links. I'd especially recommend the book by Ragnar Hanas - great to browse or just use as a reference when you have a particular question. Please feel free to ask us anything that may be troubling you and we'll do our best to help out! 🙂

I know things are very worrying and I am still getting my head around stuff but it is slowly getting better.
