Hi cheb, how long has she been on the insulin, and who is in charge of deciding the doses? Can you contact a nurse for advice, or NHS 111? We can't give advice on adjusting doses I'm afraid, as we are not healthcare professionals and don't know the full story of the person involved.

thanks for your reply x cheb

The only thing you can Cheb, is report the readings to whoever is in charge of her care, whether that is a family member or some other responsible person. Assuming that is, that she isn't capable of handling the matter herself. Is she in her own home?

thank you so much for your help i'll have to phone 111 for help xxx
