Ide keep you posted ive lost nearly 1 stone since diagnosis type 2 cut right down om portion sizes exercise whenever i can walking and a bit of hiit so hopefully ile be off the metformin eventually ?? Any way thanks fot your loveley support hope your all ok

Hi Carlton, thanks for getting in touch - well done on your weight loss - know it's not easy to shift the weight so good for you - youre obviously doing something right so keep on doing what you are doing, you'll get there in the end. Metfartin doesn't suit everyone but glad to hear you have tolerated it - keep up the good work and do stay in touch, take care x
