Type 2
Hi hope everyone is well.
I’m type 2 been told I’ll be going on insulin if I don’t get it under control.
I’m not due to speak to diabetic nurse till December.
But could anyone help how many carbs are you allowed a day. I’ve bought the carbs and Cals book it arrived today but I’m still none the wiser.

Welcome to the forum @Wendy Lorraine

It’s a very individual thing, and different people will have very different tolerances.

If you are interested in exploring a lower carb way of eating the general suggestion seems to be 130g of carbs a day or less?

You might find this lower carb meal plan interesting
