Relationship to Diabetes

I’ve had diabetes for 26 years now & I've just realised I’ve been in denial the whole time. I self harm through food & my diabetes nurse is on holiday for a couple of weeks. I’m struggling to get to 3 meals a day again. I always feel sick in the morning so it takes a while to build up to eating. Then there’s worry of putting on weight lol. I like to graze . Can anyone give me ideas on snacks? Or anyone who’s been through this can you help me? I find it incredibly hard to ask for help lol. Thanks

What insulins do you take? Are you carb counting?

We will try and help if we can - please answer I's questions so we can try and tailor suggestions to what 'insulin regime' you are currently using and the way you prefer to graze, as every different brand of insulin releases into the body over different timescales, hence the suggestions can differ too.
