Have been diagnosed with type 2 for about 2 years and been on a good education course, so I know what I should be doing! I am struggling and need a bit of support to get back on track with sensible eating and exercise. I care for my disabled husband and look after grandchildren 3/4 days a week - I am frustration eating! I like to enjoy life, so am not a grouch. Would anyone help me get back up there?🙂
