Although not a newbie to diabetes, I am new to this forum. I was diagnosed T2 in 2016 when the GP told me to "Google it". Since then I've been largely self-sufficient. I'm 71 now and generally follow a loose lower carb lower fat vegan diet that generally keeps my BGs in range.

I don't tale meds atm and I'm currently 2st overweight so there's still work to do.

Sounds like you’ve made some positive changes over the years so far, and found a system that works for you.
