Hello @Rocky ,
Welcome to the forum. When were you diagnosed and how are you managing your diabetes? Feel free to post any questions you would like to ask.

Hi @Rocky and welcome to the forum.
Do you want to hear how others have put Type 2 Diabetes in remission - meaning normal Blood Glucose without medication? (Low Carbohydrate 'Way Of Eating ' for most).
Or do you have other questions?

Welcome to the forum @Rocky

Tell us a little more about your diabetes story

How did you find us? Can you remember what your last HbA1c was? Not that this is any reflection on you as a person, but it can help members understand how difficult your diabetes is being, and the sorts of suggestions that might help. 🙂

We have all sorts of members here, trying to manage their diabetes in all sorts of different ways, and all with different amounts of diabetes mileage under their belt.

Ask away with questions and we will do what we can to help 🙂
