Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Hi my name is Alan I
I have had type 2 diabetes for some time and managed quite well for years, however last March I contracted Covid19 and have recently been diagnosed with long covid. Hopefully I will find some advice on how to deal with all the symptoms ,for example extreme fatigue, poor sleep and managing my diabetes on this forum. Thanks in advance .

Hi Alan, welcome to the forum!

Sorry to hear that you contracted Covid19. There's lots of info on the site so do have a good look around and let us know if you have any questions.

Welcome to the forum @Alanb23

Sorry to hear about your long covid. That must be really difficult for you.

What diabetes management strategies are you trying at the moment?

Do you take any medication for your diabetes?

Can you remember your most recent HbA1c result? Just as a marker of how your body is responding, with no sense that a number is a measure of a person, or ‘good’ or ‘bad’.
