Levels not been too bad after the day I've had and the rubbish Ive eaten.
Breakfast consisted of a fry up at my cousins that me & her cooked for all of us ( me & Helen then her, her brother and her sister as her dad is my mums brother)
Then through out the day snacked on pringles and galaxy chocolate (the essentials) and for dinner had fish cakes mash & beans!

Highest level was 11.8 just before dinner. Been around 6 again for rest of day =)
